NotHotDog adheres to strict data minimization under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and Google's API Services User Data Policy.
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive only your Google name, email address, and avatar image. We do NOT access your contacts, files, drive, calendar, or private messages.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure: NotHotDog's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We NEVER sell, lease, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Fair Competitive Play & ELO Ratings Only
Your data is used solely to authenticate your login session, save your verified daily streak, compute your True ELO rating, and synthesize anonymous ghost tapes for matchmaking.
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not use invasive third-party behavioral cookies.
Immediate Account & Telemetry Deletion (DPDPA 2023)
You retain the statutory right to withdraw consent and delete your account, MMR rating, and historical match logs at any time. You can trigger complete account deletion immediately from Account Settings.
Upon confirmation, all personal identifiers and user records are permanently purged from our Supabase databases with zero retention.
