Strict No-Refunds Policy on Digital Goods
Due to the immediate digital nature of NotHotDog PRO subscriptions and server-side provisioning of unlimited lives and cognitive analytics, ALL PURCHASES ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or partial credits for unused time, change of mind, or accidental purchases once access has been provisioned.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your PRO benefits remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, with zero subsequent recurring charges and no retroactive refund.

All payments are processed securely through RBI-licensed payment aggregators (e.g. Razorpay). NotHotDog does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI MPINs on its servers.
